Today the European coordinator of the Freeways of the Sea, Luis Valente de Oliveira, is to Genoa with José Anselmo, representative of the head office Mobilità and Trasporti of the EU commission, in order to participate to the first reunion of the Mediterranean cluster of the freeways of the sea, event of two days that will be followed the next April from an analogous encounter to Aarhus between the partner of the cluster of the freeways of the sea of the Baltic Sea and the Sea of the North. The days today and tomorrow in the capital of Liguria, accommodated from the Liguria Region and organized the Harbour Authority of Genoa and in collaboration with the ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports Italian and the main RINA, partner of the approved of projects "HONEY" and "MOS 24", they have the scope to discuss in detail agenda 2011 and the contributions to the annual report of the MOS (Motorways of the Sea) with the European coordinator, to take advantage of the synergies and to develop the cooperation with other projects MOS and to identify future partnerships with bordering countries and/or other connected projects MOS.

The four actively involved projects in the Mediterranean cluster with the EU commission are the following ones: "HONEY" coordinated from the ministry of infrastructures and Transports Italian and from the RINA; "ITS Adriatic fines-port coordinated gateway" from the Harbour Authority of Venice; "MoS 24" - Center of Promotion of the Co-modality for integration of the PP24 in the MoS Mediterraneo, promoted from the Harbour Authority of Genoa; "MOS4MOS" Operating Monitoring and Services for the Freeways of the Sea, lead from the Harbour Authority of Valencia.
