On 18 October to Genoa the "New manual of the marine traffics" will be introduced



Next 18 October to Genoa, in the center of the Harbour Authority to Saint George Palace, will be introduced the "New manual of the marine traffics", published from the publishing genoese Editing and cured house from a panel of experts, students and teacher of the matter, in collaboration with Assagenti. To the encounter they will participate Felicio Angrisano, commander of the Port of Genoa, Gian Enzo Duci, president of Assagenti, Filippo Gallo, president of Federagenti, and Luigi Merlo, president of the harbour Authority of Genoa and Assoporti.

The New manual of the marine traffics, composed from 360 pages and subdivided in eight capitulates and two appendices, it is the only text of reference on a national level for who it wants to support the examination from raccomandatario and marine broker, two professions today deeply changed regarding the slid decade, but that they maintain in the examination a valid access to the profession. Moreover, it is useful to those who they study and they want to deepen the marine field and will be able to serve as compendium to the university witnesses today in use.

The new text has been born from the requirement to overwhelm an empty one of bibliography that had been created on the topic of the marine traffics after the lacked remake the old text of Domenico Papagno, advisory historian of the association of the shipping agents of Genoa.
