Last year the Russian marine ports have enlivened a traffic of 565,5 million tons of goods, with an increase of the 5.6% regarding 2011. The Association of the Commercial Ports of Russia has announced, specifying that the goods in export is piled to 446,2 million tons (+8.9%), the goods in import to 47,4 million tons (+6.2%), the goods to in transit 40,2 million tons (- 18.4%) and the traffic of cabotage pairs to 31,7 million tons have been (- 1.0%).

In the 2012 Russian ports on the Baltic Sea has totaled a traffic of 207,2 million tons (+11.6%), of which 75,4 million tons of goods sand banks (+4.8%) and 131,8 million tons of liquid bulk (+15.9%). The ports in Far East have enlivened altogether 134,2 million tons of goods (+6.9%), of which 78,5 million tons of goods sand banks (+10.3%) and 55,7 million tons of liquid bulk (+2.5%). The marine ports of call of the basin of the Sea of Azov/Black Sea have enlivened a total of 175,3 million tons (+1.5%), of which 69,3 million tons of goods sand banks (+9.0%) and 106,0 million tons of liquid bulk (- 2.9%). The Russian ports of the Arctic basin have totaled 38,7 million tons of goods (- 5.7%), of which 23,9 million tons of goods sand banks (+6.9%) and 14,8 million tons of liquid bulk (- 20.7%). The ports of the Sea Caspian have enlivened 10,0 million tons (- 5.1%), of which 4,7 million tons of goods sand banks (- 17.0%) and 5.4 million tons of liquid bulk (+8, 4%).

For that it concerns altogether to the various types of goods enlivened by the Russian ports, in the 2012 the goods sand banks is attested altogether 251,7 million to tons, with a progression of the 7.3% on the year precedence. The increment is determined by the increase of the coal volumes (89,2 million tons, +13.9%), container (42,7 million tons, +8.3%), ferrous metals (25,6 million tons, +4.8%), cereals (24,0 million tons, +23.3%), rotabili (8,3 million tons, +6.1%) and not ferrous metals (4,2 million tons, +2.0%), while tons, -17,0%), minerals (7,2 million tons, -10,6%), timbers (5,9 million tons, -3,9%), cooled cargos are diminished the mineral fertilizer volumes (10,4 million (3,9 million tons, -14,1%) and it scrap metallic (3,7 million tons, -3,2%). Altogether the liquid bulk is piled to 313,8 million tons, in increase of the 4.3% rate on 2011, of which 197,0 million tons of crude oil (+1.8%) and 114,0 million tons of producing oil (+8.0%) .
