Last month the traffic of the goods in the port of Venice is piled to beyond 1,8 million tons, with an increment of the 2.6% on the February 2012, of which 1,4 million tons of goods to disembarkation (+2.2%) and 386 thousand tons of goods to boarding (+4.1%).

In the single segment of the goods several the traffic has attested to 613 thousand tons (+1.3%), of which 328 thousand tons of containerized cargos (- 8.7%), 86 thousand tons of rotabili (- 39.4%) and 199 thousand several tons of other goods (+92.8%).

the traffic of the liquid bulk has totaled 722 thousand tons (- 11.9%), of which 193 thousand tons of crude oil (+9.3%), 396 thousand refined producing tons of oil (- 25.5%) and 133 thousand liquid tons of other goods (+19.2%). The total bulk volume sand banks has been of 505 thousand tons (+36.9%), of which 57 thousand tons of cereals (+75.2%), 76 thousand tons of feeds and sfarinati (+158.5%), 87 thousand tons of coal (+44.8%) and 252 thousand tons of other bulk sand banks (+127.1%).

the traffic of the passengers is piled to 8 thousand unit, in decrease of the 56.4% on the February 2011, of which beyond four thousand crocieristi (- 61.3%).

In the first period of two months of the 2013 traffic of the goods enlivened altogether from the Venetian port has been of 4,0 million tons, with an increase of the 3.5% on the January-February period last year. The passengers have been less than 14 thousand unit (- 67.0%), of which 4 thousand crocieristi (- 83.4%) .
