In occasion of the final conference of the project BATCo (Baltic-Adriatic Transport Cooperation), held this morning to Pörtschach, on the Wörthersee in Carinthia, the Region Friuli Venice Julia has been candidated to become front man of new European projects in support of the potenziamento of the Adriatic-Baltic Sea corridor, that it crosses 19 regions in five Member States, more connects than 40 million inhabitants in Europe, connecting important harbour nodes between the Baltic Sea and the Adriatic.
