Assoporti has restated the full support to the new legislative reform in harbour matter



The Association of the Italian Ports (Assoporti) has full express support to the new legislative reform in harbour matter about to definition by the government, legislative project that - it has evidenced the association of the Harbour Authorities - has become rich, so as suggested in Commission to the Senate, "of four modifications/integrations proposed from Assoporti in order to improve the entire legislative system and to return it effective regarding the objectives indicated from the Ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports, with particular reference to the National Plan of the Ports of the Logistics".

Assoporti has remembered the content of the four "technical proposals" that the association considers is of support to the entire one slowly of reform. The first is time to the "safeguard of the operating nature detailed list of the Harbour Authorities, recependo certainly the general principles of decrees ministerial 165/2001, but - it has specified the association - avoiding to transform the future Authorities of Harbour System (AdSP) in simple offices decentralized publics".
