To November the traffic in the port of Ravenna has grown of +12.1%



Last month the traffic of the goods enlivened from the port of Ravenna is increased of +12.1% being is pairs almost 2,2 million tons regarding 1,9 million tons in November 2015. The increment is generated by the rise of +20.9% of the goods sand banks that are piled to 1,5 million tons, with 493 thousand tons of producing metalworkers (+7.1%), 432 thousand tons of minerals crudes oil, manufactured products and materials from construction (+13.3%), 218 thousand tons of composts (+82.8%), 159 thousand tons of producing agricultural (to +17.9%) and 155 thousand tons of alimentary commodities (+34.1%).

In the segment of the liquid bulk the traffic is diminished altogether of the -6,6% to 321 thousand tons, of which 199 thousand tons of producing oil (+14.1%), 73 thousand tons of chemicals (to +8.9%) and 48 thousand tons of alimentary commodities (- 50.5%). The goods in container has been pairs to 205 thousand tons (- 3.3%) and those on rotabili to 166 thousand tons (+4.8%).

In the first eleven ravennate months of the 2016 port it has enlivened 23,8 million tons of goods, with a progression of +5.9% regarding 22,5 million tons in the period January-November last year. The goods to the disembarkation tons (+5.9%) and those to the boarding have been attested to 20,3 million 3,6 million to tons (+5.6%).

In the field of the goods sand banks the traffic has been totally of 15,8 million tons (+6.5%), of which 5,7 million tons of producing to metalworkers (+1.4%), 4,4 million tons of minerals crudes oil, manufactured products and materials from construction (+4.0%), 1,9 million tons of alimentary commodities (+8.2%), 1,9 million agricultural tons of producing (to +22.8%), 1,5 million tons of composts (+18.1%), solid 213 thousand tons of fuel and minerals (- 9.1%), metallurgical 23 thousand tons of minerals and lime waste (+110.7%) and 19 thousand tons of other cargos (- 1.9%).

The traffic total of the liquid bulk has been pairs to 4,0 million tons (+1.3%), of which almost 2,3 million tons of producing oil (+5.0%), 869 thousand tons of alimentary commodities (- 5.6%) and 848 thousand chemicals tons of (- 0.1%).

In the first nine months of this year the containerized trade has been pairs to 2,4 million tons (+1.1%) that pairs to 215.165 teu (- 5.0% are totaled with a handling of containers). In the section ro-ro tons (+19.6% are enlivened 1,7 million).
