In occasion of signature of agreement is be specified that, even if currently the ships that scale the doric port use fuel with the parameters set up from the law and verified from the constant and punctual controls of the Harbour office of Ancona, with the voluntary understanding the shipowners and the companies of navigation engage themselves to make to work the main and auxiliary engines of the ships with fuel for marine use with a not advanced sulfur tenor to 0.1% from the completion of the maneuver of mooring in port and until the departure and to the escape from the port of call, regarding 1.5% previewed from the current law.

Moreover the agreement, that it has validity until on December 31, 2019 with the possibility of I renew and that it is opened to the signature of the other companies of navigation that are currently completing the technical analysis on their main engines, establishes also good practical in the management of the cars of the ships, the optimization of the arrival and the departures placing particular attention to the maintenance of the engines with more frequent intervals of participation regarding the standard previewed from the plans of the single companies.
