Introduced to Termini Imerese the work of requalification of the port



Today to Termini Imerese the mayor of the Sicilian citizen, Francesco Giunta, and the president of the Authority of Harbour System of the Sea of Western Sicily, Pasqualino Monti, has introduced the relative projects to the development of the termitano port and to the perspectives for the mean and long term.

In particular, the first extract financed with beyond 19 million is worked for the completion of the pier sopraflutto (melts Agreement of Program Picture and according to extract, of beyond 22 million, with Bottoms PON Infrastructures and Nets), for the completion of the work of the pier sottoflutto (financed with about 30 million euros from deep ministerial), and for the dredging to -10 meters, previewed from the harbour Town development plan, for which it is to the phase of characterization, financed with 38 million and means of Bottoms PON Infrastructures and Nets. At last already the realization of necessary infrastructures and systems is started on the performance of the Port Facility Plan Security, financed with almost four millions and a half of deep State-Regions. "They will serve - it has specified Monti - at least three years because the port of Terms changes skin and is ready to receive a traffic, passengers and goods, in a position to creating wealth".
