The electrification of the docks of the ports of the Ligurian Sea Western



Tomorrow to Genoa, near the center of the Authority of Harbour System of the Ligurian Sea Western to Saint George Palace, the presentation of the pantry will hold ", normative - experiences - technical solutions" realized by Davide Sciutto (AdSP) and Paolo Pinceti (UniGE-DITEN). The publication describes in detail the participations carried out from the AdSP of the Ligurian Sea Western, in close collaboration with the Liguria Region and the Ministry of the Atmosphere, in order to improve the quality of the air and to protect the atmosphere, participations that allow to contain the emissions in atmosphere and the acoustic pollution produced from the ships to the mooring in the areas object of the participations characterized from a remarkable vicinity with the urban fabric.

The pantry describes and shows the technological solutions adopted in the made participations or course riassumibili in: electrification of the docks of the area of the naval repairs of Genoa, where the cold ironing it has entered in service to first of the 2018 (cost 12,0 million euros); extension of the electrification to the Terminal Cruises of Marine Station, in phase of study; electrification of the dock of the Port of Prà, in phase of realization with commissioning previewed in the 2020 (cost 10 million); predisposition to the electrification of the dock of Platform APM Terminals of Vado Ligure; predisposition to the electrification of the dock of the Terminal Messina Genoa.

The presentation of the pantry will be moreover the occasion in order to share the experiences on employs and the evolution of the connection techniques ship-earth.
