The Danish DFDS Group has entered into a sale and leaseback with compatriot Navigare Capital Partners, to which it has Sold three Ro-Ro vessels for a total of DKK 1.46 billion (€196 million) and which it then rented for a period of five years from the date of delivery which will take place over the course of this week. Navigare Capital is a manager funds specialising in the shipping segment set up in 2017.
