The Finnish manufacturer of handling equipment and Konecranes has agreed to acquire the companies Peinemann Port Services B.V. and Peinemann Container Handling B.V., both subsidiaries of the Dutch Peinemann active in the handling equipment for the port and intermodal sectors.
