In the third quarter of this year, the port of Tanger Med handled a total of 35 million tons of goods compared to 32 million tonnes in the same period of 2023. The Port Authority of the Moroccan port has announced that in the first nine months of 2024, traffic was 103 million tonnes, with a growth of +12.5% compared to the previous year, January-September period of last year.
