The Costamare Monegasca has announced today the decision to implement the spin-off of its activities in the segment of the solid bulk transport creating the Costamare Bulkers Holdings Ltd. to which will be conferred the fleet of refusiere of the company, constituted currently from 38 ships for a cargo capacity pairs to 3.0 million tons of gross flow (including a ship next to the sale), and the operating platform Costamare Bulkers Inc. (CBI). In Costamare Inc. will remain the fleet of portacontainer, to today constituted from 68 ships for a capacity pairs to 513 thousand teu, and the Neptune Maritime Leasing, platform of investments in the naval field established in 2021 that it operates through contracts of salt and leaseback and is controlled by Costamare Inc.

Costamare entered the field of the ships portarinfuse in 2021 acquiring 45 bulk. The spin-off plan of this branch of activity previews that Costamare Bulkers Holdings Ltd. is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, reaching the same Costamare Inc.
