A.P. Moller Capital, the infrastructure fund manager that makes part of the Danish group A.P. Moller Holding, has entered into an agreement with the Ayala Corporation, the holding company of the Philippine Ayala Group which operates in the real estate, finance, energy and telecommunications, to acquire 40% of the capital from the latter of the Philippine logistics company AC Logistics which it is currently entirely owned by Ayala Corporation.

AC Logistics is a newly established company being was founded in 2021 and the agreement between A.P. Moller Capital and Ayala Corporation aims to promote further growth of the company by strengthening its service offering.
