    Under the proposed regulations operators will be subject to an application fee of $5000 an a minimum annual fee of $5000 to recover administration costs of the new accreditation scheme.

    New Zealand ports are much better businesses today following privatisation than they were a decade ago according to port of Tauranga chairman Fraser McKenzie.
