La transaction porte également sur les 51% détenus par CMB dans CMBT Investments.

Mr Coombs said the "dead hand" of the Minister had intervened to stall agreement over the content of documents to end the waterfront dispute.
He said agreement on the documentation had been close several times but thwarted by Mr Reith's intervention.
