De plus, la ministre a assuré ses interlocuteurs de son soutien total dans l'affaire de la réactivation du Rhin d'Acier, qu'elle manifestera lors de la prochaine rencontre ministérielle du 6 octobre, avec les homologues allemand et néerlandais. I. Durant fera un plaidoyer pour une restauration rapide de cette liaison ferroviaire.

    EuroFreight 99, la première édition d'un événement à caractère annuel, a été inauguré hier. Ce congrès se veut un point de rencontre des expéditeurs européens, qui pourront discuter des problèmes du secteur et confronter leurs points de vue. La première édition est organisée à Barcelone et il va de soi que le transport de et vers la péninsule ibérique occupe une place prépondérante dans les débats.
