  • Gand réceptionne du sel marin biologique du Brésil
    Le port de Gand réceptionnera ce week-end un premier navire transportant du sel marin du Brésil. Ce nouveau trafic, principalement pour des applications industrielles, est destiné à la firme Zoutman Industries de Roulers et sera acheminé à destination finale par la voie fluviale. Agro-Maas intervient dans ce trafic pour la gestion logistique, alors que CBM se charge de la manutention dans le port de Gand. Petit détail ne manquant pas de piquant, ce sel marin est obtenu de manière naturelle et biologique mais, vu qu’il ne provient pas de la Communauté douanière européenne (UE+ALEA+Visegrad), il est taxé à hauteur de 2,6 EUR par tonne.
