Toutefois, il apparaît également qu'une intégration d'Extand dans Chronopost, le service "petit colis" de La Poste, aurait créé une trop grande capacité excédentaire.

Par rapport à 1998, le montant des pertes affiche +62,34% pour 1999. Par rapport au chiffre d'affaires, il est passé de 3,96% en 1998 à 6,67% en 1999.
