Two London Club members have recently had severe difficulties in relation to oil cargo descriptions in bills of lading.     L'opérateur de transport et d'entreposage citerniers Hoyer Belgique a investi, dans le cadre d'une joint-venture avec Hoyer Nederland, 2,5 millions d'EUR dans des installations modernes et écologiques de nettoyage d'Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) utilisés pour le transport et le stockage de vernis, peintures et laques, des produits non solubles dans l'eau.
