On sait que la FEFC avait recommandé une réduction de capacité de l'ordre de 10% pour la période octobre/mars 2002. Lors de la réunion tenue à Hong-Kong la semaine dernière, il a fallu revoir la situation et il a été recommandé de doubler ce pourcentage.
