Il s’agit en fait d’un retour qui s’effectue dans d’autres conditions. L’armement rappelons-le, avait lancé un tel service en mars 1999, mais il fut arrêté au bout d’un an.

    Aujourd’hui, les poutres de soutènement du nouveau portique à containers seront déchargées dans l’avant-port de Bruxelles. Les poutres mêmes seront acheminées par ponton et déchargées à l’aide de grues mobiles par la firme Sarens. Le portique à containers est construit par la firme Femont de Willebroek, une entreprise spécialisée dans la construction d’engins de levage.
