    La Commission européenne a infligé hier une amende de 2,5 mio. d’EUR à La Poste belge pour avoir abusé de sa position de monopole au détriment de l’entreprise privée britannique Hays DX. Cette dernière avait déposé plainte en avril 2000 auprès de la Commission européenne et les instances européennes lui ont donné entièrement raison. La Poste a qualifié les faits “de confusion consciemment créée entre l’échange de documents (marché libéral) et le trafic postal B2B (monopole)”. A l’heure de la mise sous presse, on ne savait pas encore si elle comptait aller en appel.

    Le groupe allemand Dachser a accru sa participation dans le société française de transport routier, de messagerie et d’expédition Graveleau à 95%. Elle était jusqu’alors de 70%, mais Joël Graveleau, le fondateur de l’entreprise, a cédé à Dachser les 25% qu’il détenait encore. Les 5% restants sont détenus par le management.
  • DaimlerChrysler crée un centre logistique européen à Valenciennes
    DaimlerChrysler France a posé vendredi dernier la première pierre d’une plate-forme logistique de 41.000 m2, dans laquelle seront regroupées les pièces détachées de toutes les marques du groupe (Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep et Smart), destinées à la partie nord de la France et au Benelux.
