En cause: le traitement des formalités douanières à l’arrivée et au départ des marchandises dans les ports, les contrôles vétérinaires et le règlement de l’entrepôt TVA. Si la CPF est consciente que ces matières revèlent de la compétence fédérale, ses membres demandent au ministre flamand de la Mobilité, des Travaux Publics et de l’Energie Steve Stevaert d’aborder la question au niveau fédéral et de tout mettre en oeuvre pour trouver une solution.
