Ce dernier est actif dans lexpédition maritime, lentreposage et la distribution, les formalités douanières et en tant quagence maritime. Le rapprochement entre les deux entreprises est entre autres inspiré par le fait quelles se consacrent toutes deux aux flux de marchandises du groupe non-ferreux norvégien Elkem, lune à Rotterdam et lautre à Anvers.
