Ils sont qualifiés d’”assertifs”, le groupe allemand ajoutant qu’il continuera à se développer à un rythme soutenu. “La maxime est: croître ou céder le passage aux autres”, a déclaré Detthold Aden, le CEO de BLG au cours de la présentation. En 2001, le groupe a vu son chiffre d’affaires progresser de 16% à 352,3 mio.d’EUR et, malgré le ralentissement économique, son bénéfice cumulé de 600.000 EUR à 14,1 mio. d’EUR. Aden s’est surtout félicité de ce que la croissance - tant en volumes qu’en chiffre d’affaires - a été au rendez-vous dans tous les secteurs. Aux terminaux du groupe à Brême et Bremerhaven (y compris Eurogate et la participation dans NTB), le volume a atteint 33,6 mio. de t (+7,9%). Il a également annoncé des investissements à Koper (Slovénie) et au Brésil.
