Ces rumeurs font état d’une commande éventuelle au chantier naval d’Odense, qui fait partie du même groupe, d’une série de six porte-containers de la classe “S”. Cette classe, dont il existe déjà plusieurs exemplaires, a officieusement une capacité de 8.000 TEU, mais les caractéristiques des nouveaux navires seraient encore extrapolées (surtout dans la largeur) pour atteindre une capacité de 10.000 TEU. Une première unité serait livrée à la fin de cette année, les autres suivraient jusqu’en 2004.
