  • Le système TIR suspendu en Russie à partir du 25 décembre
    Ce que l’IRU ne pouvait encore nous confirmer mardi après-midi (Le Lloyd 11/12/2002) est aujourd’hui un fait: le système TIR sera suspendu en Russie à partir du 24 décembre à minuit GMT. Cela signifie qu’après cette date l’IRU ne délivrera plus de carnets TIR à l’organisation de transport routier russe ASMAP. A partir de cette même date et heure, l’association russe ne sera plus autorisée à délivrer ces carnets, que ce soit à des transporteurs russes ou étrangers.
  • Le marché unique n’a pas répondu aux attentes
    Dix ans après l’introduction du marché unique, les promesses quant à un fonctionnement plus efficace des services logistiques en Europe n’ont pas été entièrement tenues. C’est ce qu’a déclaré Alan G. Waller, le vice-president de Supply Chain Innovation, lors d’un exposé dans le cadre de l’International Logistics Forum à Rotterdam.
