En effet, entre janvier et juin dernier, ce terminal a traité 806.690 TEU, soit 111.000 TEU de plus par rapport à la période correspondante de l’année précédente. C’est dire que le score de 2001 avec 1,5 mio. de TEU sera largement dépassé cette année.
  • Le nombre d’écopoints pour 2002 ne sera pas réduit
    La Commission européenne a décidé hier de ne pas réduire le nombre d’écopoints pour l’année 2002. Cette décision est liée au nombre de voyages de transit de poids lourds en Autriche en 2001, et a été prise sur base de ladite “clause des 108 pour cent”. L’Autriche est donc une nouvelle fois rappelée à l’ordre parce que les données relatives à l’an dernier ne correspondent pas à la réalité. La Commission a donc décidé de redistribuer les écopoints restants pour cette année.
