Environmental guidelines for cruise ships not tough enough, says expert

HALIFAX (CP) -- Proposed environmental guidelines for cruise ships that visit Canadian ports aren't tough enough and do little to prevent the dumping of raw sewage and other waste in our waters, says an expert on the cruise industry.
