At least 25 passengers died when a big passenger ship and a small cargo-passenger ferry collided off Tabones Point near Corregidor Island in Ternate, Cavite, 33 nautical miles south of Manila, yesterday morning.
The Philippine Coast Guard said last night that undetermined number of passengers was reported missing as many were not manifested on the passenger list.
