Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul transport department expects governor Germano Rigotto to authorize the bidding process for a contract to draft proposals for a master plan for Rio Grande port by end-July, a department official told BNamericas.

The official - from a workgroup created to study the port area's modernization - said they will present Rigotto with the contract's terms of reference at that time ......
