'Container Lines Must Refrain From Congestion Surcharge'

MUMBAI, SEPT 14: Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) has requested container shipping lines to refrain from introducing congestion surcharge at both terminals.

Commenting on the congestion surcharge, a circular by JNPT to the trade stated, "It is advisable to identify the specific elements of additional costs to shipping lines, if any." ......
