Talks over the future of the state-owned ports have grounded to a halt with no agreement between the parties, according to the Histadrut labor federation and the Ports Authority which informed the National Labor Court yesterday.
"Several meetings between the sides were held since the decision was made at the court two weeks ago, but the talks are at a dead end," the authority told the court
