COPENHAGEN - AP Moeller-Maersk, the world's biggest container shipper, wants to more than double its share of the global shipping market through acquisitions, the Politiken reported, citing a company executive.
AP Moeller's container shipping unit, Maersk Sealand, has a 12-per-cent market share and wants to boost that to as much as 25 per cent, the daily said. AP Moeller has about 30 billion kroner ($8.3 billion) for acquisitions, according to the Politiken
