SHANGHAI: The bunker fuel industry is divided over whether Asia will emulate Europe's move to enforce cleaner shipping fuel, requiring new refinery investment and raising prices, executives said yesterday.

Officials from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore - the biggest regional markets for tanker fuel - say there are no immediate plans to reduce emission levels after cutting sulphur limits last year to 4.5% from 5.0% ......
