Monday will hold an antipollution imposing practice in Alto Tirreno



Next monday in waters of Alto Tirreno the naval forces of Italy, France and Principality of Monk, parts of the Ramoge agreement stipulated in 1976 for the protection of the sea, will participate to an antipollution practice in order to simulate an incident caused from the fire of a great full tanker of oil and the consequent release in sea of a great polluting cargo amount. Alle operations will attend also Spanish authorities and means and of various communitarian and international organisms.

The scene of the practice of the plan of called participation Ramogepol previews that the fire you burst on board of the ship when this is in route towards the port oils of Genoa causing the wounding of three members of the crew. The simulation previews that from the ship a serious pollution is diffused (in order to study the displacements of the spot to the place of the crude oil will be used lolla of rice) that it will stretch to head towards French waters, returning the allertamento and the involvement of the transalpine authorities necessary.

To the imposing practice they will take part, besides Guard Costiera and to the correspondents French and Monegasque authorities, Marina Militare, the Prefecture, the Firemen, the 118, all the harbour operators, the territorial agencies and those scientific ones: in all twenty institutions all to competent miscellaneous title to take part if of marine pollution.

The participation is previewed also at least 18 means naval airplane and used from the Harbour office in order to face the fire, the aid and, according to directives of the ministry of the Atmosphere, the spandimento of oil in sea.
