Signed the protocol on the reclamations of Marghera Port

The understanding has in particular the scope to simplify and to accelerate (from four years to some month) the approval of the Plans of Characterization and the projects of reclamation of the contaminated areas. The document disciplines the reclamation initiatives and regulated the modalities of execution of the participations by each administration signer, their control, the verification of the respect of the fixed conditions, the location of eventual delays or nonperformances, the eventual revocation partial total or of the financings and the activation of substitutive procedures, the modalities of promotion of the reuse of the resources of job remained inoccupate.
