AnsaldoBreda signs agreement of the value of 200 million euros in China



AnsaldoBreda (Finmeccanica group) has signed today to Beijing a commercial agreement of the total value of 200 million euros, for ten years, with the industrial group railway Chinese CNR Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co. The understanding previews the transfer of the technology of relative AnsaldoBreda to the Dog Star platform for 600 new destined trolley cars to public transport in the Asian Country.

The vehicles, with the exception of the first ten that will be produced by AnsaldoBreda in the plants of Pistoia and on which will be carried out activity of training on the staff of CNR Dalian by the technicians of AnsaldoBreda, will be produced by the same CNR Dalian in China on licence of AnsaldoBreda. The agreed business plan between the two partner defines all the operating aspects of the plan of transfer of the technology, the productive modalities, training and the formation of the staff for the ecological, innovative means realization, online with the most elevated standard in terms of safety, ability to transport and comfort of march, with the objective considerably to improve the level of city public transport on the Chinese territory.
