In the next few days SECH, the society of the Group Harbour Investments (JEEP) that it manages the terminal for containers of Descent Health in the port of Genoa, will celebrate own twenty years of operating activity creating from the 4 to the 8 june in the great pedestrian space of the Ancient Port of the capital of Liguria to an event of culture, music and activity for children inside an unusual context: eight container that will reinterpret their function original forming a square opened to the citizenship. The square will be covered by an evocative velario with graphical letters to great format that will compose the written SECH. The initiative previews a program of visits and laboratories for the schools, photo exhibitions, meet and concerts.

In the day of the inauguration, beginning from the 18,30 the visit to the photo exhibition prepared on the walls of the container will hold, that it travels over again the history of the SECH for images, continuation from reading musical "History of port and sea", voice narrating Patrizia Vadalà on notes of the flute of Thomas Traspedini. The photo exhibition will be opened the public every day, day and night, with free income. The installation travels over again the salient stages of the history of the terminal containers of Descent Health, from the origin of the area to the days our through the "milestones" that they have marked the activity of the terminal, with a section that tells the vicinity of SECH to the city through some photographic releases that emphasize the physical proximity between the port and the city.

Others two container, one to Falcone Descent and Borsellino, the other in front of the Luzzati museum, will be equipped of back-lit explanatory panels in pvc that will satisfy the great and small curiosity of with technical data as the ability to the cranes, the container number that can contain a ship, how much hung a container.

While this morning in the port of Genoa is inaugurated the Port Day Little ones, manifestation of two days of interactive guided tours to the exhibition on the Rex ocean-going liner, theatre performances, laboratories ludico-didatti to us, trips in boat for the children of elementary and medium schools and their families. The first day of the event, promoted from the Harbour Authority of Genoa in collaboration with the Port of the Little ones Ngo, has seen the participation of about five hundred children of the elementary and medium schools to the guided tours to the exhibition "Rex - the myth and the memory" and to the thematic laboratories. To receive them the president of the Harbour Authority, Luigi Merlo, and the general manager of the association, Gloria Camurati. To lead them, instead, the actors of the Port of the Little ones who have impersonated the captain of Rex Francesco Tarabotto and its assistants.
