Trasportounito asks Renzi to abolish the White CNEL and the national one of the road haulage



Today the association of the Trasportounito road haulage has sent to the Matteo Renzi, Prime Minister, a letter opened with the demand for abolition of National Council of the Economy and Employment (CNEL) and White the national one of the road haulage. In the missive the association evidences that "although Trasportounito places to the quarter place in classifies of the Italian representation, and although has requirement pairs to the quadruple of the minimal number of the enterprises demanded, to about the double quantity of the number of the territorial associations, and pairs to 40 times undermine of the minimal tonnage to represent, have received official communication from the ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports of the exclusion from the Central Committee of the White one of the Road haulage, regarding which all the enterprises are obliged to enroll themselves and to pour the contributions anniversaries, simply because it does not turn out part of the CNEL, neither in direct way neither by means of the aggregation to some confederation".

"Against this exclusion that risks, in the current state of the norms, to discriminate the enterprises that join to our organization, regarding those "integrated" in the system - Trasportounito emphasizes - our association will use all the possible instruments is national that communitarian, is trade-union that judicial, in order to say enough to all those logical restrictive exclusive rights and that have culturally and economically destroyed the Country".

In the letter, to signature of the general secretary Maurizio Longo, Trasportounito it finds moreover if it is truly necessary to maintain structures as the White one while still alive, than - second the Association - "has become headquarters of distribution of favors for a narrow lobby of appreciate associations", and the CNEL: "have to still exist - Trasportounito wonders - do structures that cost to the collectivity about 40 million euros and that, for the part of the White one, they affect the costs of the enterprises of road haulage for about eight million euro? Have to exist do structures that work solo as distributing publics of favors and advisings? Or they must close immediately"

Trasportounito also observes that "in Italy the Electronic Registry is enforced National (RENSENEB), tax from Europe, that obligates to the registration all the enterprises of road haulage in exercise and that therefore ours is the only Country to the world in which an enterprise must be enrolled to three registries: Chamber of Commerce, White of the haulers and Electronic Registry".

With respect to the CNEL, the association it finds that "from years the National Council of the Economy and Employment does not represent more neither the aggregation of the world of work neither, least of all, the place of collection of the requests for the deepening and the synthesis of the economic requirements of the Country.
