Decided decrease of the revenues generated from the activity of the fleet of portacontainer of OOCL in the third trimester

In the slid summery trimester the OOCL fleet has transported cargos for a total pairs to beyond 1,4 million container from 20 ' (teu), with an increment of +1.9% on the third trimester 2014 that follows three consecutive trimesters in which a decrease of the transported volumes was recorded. If the cargos transported on the transpacifiche routes and those intra-Asians and with Australia have totaled increments respective of +9.5% and +4.6% having attested to 365 thousand and 769 thousand teu, the cargos transported on the Asia-Europe routes and those ocean-going liners have shown a consisting contraction coming down respective of the -11,5% and the -9,6% to 223 thousand teu and 90 thousand teu.

The revenues generated from the activity of containerized marine transport in the third trimester of this year have been pairs more than 1,3 billion dollars, with a decided decrease of the -12,2% respect to beyond 1,5 billion in the period July-september of 2014. Almost unchanged they have turned out the revenues produced from the transport activity on the transpacifiche routes, that they have been pairs to 518 million dollars (- 0.2%), while the revenues of the services ocean-going liners and those intra-asiati us and with Australia have recorded respective bendings of the -8,6% and the -13,4% to 144 million and 460 million dollars. A real collapse is moreover that subíto from the revenues of the Asia-Europe services that have evidenced a reduction of the -32,2% coming down to 210 million dollars regarding 310 million dollars in the third trimester last year.

In the first nine months of the 2015 fleet of OOCL it has transported a total of 4,2 million teu, with a decrease of the -0,9% on the period January-september last year, and the revenues generated from such activity are piled to 1,4 billion dollars, down of -8,1%.
