Marine group Canadian CSL Group and that Cypriot SMT Shipping, assets both mainly in the segment of the ships to rinfusiere, has signed an agreement based on which the North American society will acquire 50% of the capital of the Norwegian Eureka Shipping, that it will become so joint venture joint participated from CSL and SMT.
Eureka Shipping work a fleet of ships to cementiere autoscaricanti, endowed of pneumatic pipes for the drainage and the cargo of the concrete, that they are employed in the Baltic Sea, in the Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and Asia.
