Spanish FENADISMER denunciation that some notes e-commerce platforms offer road haulage services illegally



The Federación Nacional de Asociaciones de Transporte de España (FENADISMER) has denounced abuses and violations of the norms by some platforms of e-commerce in the supply of home delivery and transport services. The Spanish federation, to which they more join beyond 32.000 companies of road haulage for a total fleet than 60.000 vehicles, as a result of the reunion yesterday near the Ministry of Transportation of the Comité Nacional de Transporte por Carretera, has emphasized that in the course of the encounter emerging of the so-called "collaborative economy" in the field of the transport is found with concern goods on the road, thanks to which - it has evidenced FENADISMER - some notes logistic platforms of electronic commerce, very places in the field of the distribution of consumer goods and of home deliveries, they are carrying out activity of transport subcontracting it illegally to private that they carry out the distribution with own vehicles, with the consequent violation - it has denounced the Spanish federation - of the sector legislation let alone of that treasurer and the job and this - it has specified FENADISMER - without competent Public Administration acts decisively in order to extirpate these practical illegal.
