Special mention of the Agency for the Territorial Cohesion to two European projects on the portualità and the logistics



The European projects Nectemus and Circumvectio, centralized first on the development of the services to the harbour user and second on the computer science systems on hand of the logistic operators, have received a special mention which examples of good practical and positive attainment of results in the within of the event dedicated to the European Day of Cooperation (EC DAY 2019) held yesterday to Rome.

To the two projects the Authority of Harbour System of the Sea of Sardinia in convention with the Sardinia Region has worked and, in the course of the first session of the organized event in the vital one from the Agency for the Territorial Cohesion and from the Department for the Policies of Cohesion of the Prime Minister's Office, the Sardinian AdSP is taken part, on mandate of the Liguria Region (front man of Circumvectio) and with the Province of Livorno (front man of Nectemus) in order to officially introduce the results of the two projects, that they are classified vituous by the Agency for the Territorial Cohesion for their mutual integration and complementariness, for the ability to develop synergies between the territories of the cooperation area and for the sustainability of the results in sight of they use in the future planning.

The two projects are carried out over two years of job, finished on 13 June with the final event to the Island of Elba, from the partnership that, as well as from the AdSP and by the Sardinia Region, it was constituted by the Province of Livorno, the Authority of Harbour System of the Tyrrhenian Sea Northern, from the Liguria Region, the Office of the Transports of the Corsica, from the Metropolitan City of Toulon Provence Méditerranée, from the Municipality of Porto-Vecchio and the University of Pisa and Genoa.

The best practices on the services elaborated from the results of Nectemus project constitute the base of the proposal of project financing relative to the management of the Marine Station of Olbia, whose ban will expire next 4 November.

Relatively to Circumvectio, the studies have carried to the realization of the Cross-boarding Area Management Platform (CAMP), computer science panel simplified on which will be set up the entire physical and bureaucratic distance of the goods, from the simple location of the shipment distance, until the loading and to the shipment in digital format of all the practical ones.

The president of the Authority of Harbour System of the Sea of Sardinia, Massimo Deiana, has emphasized that Nectemus and Circumvectio represent "two examples of progettualità that are based on solid partnerships, coesi and from above professional profile, to which our agency has contributed effectively, putting on competences and engagement in the monitoring of the services to the user in the seven ports of competence and in I confront constant with the Sardinian operators of the logistics.
