In August, the traffic of goods with foreign countries handled by Chinese seaports was 357.5 million tonnes, or 6.1%

The largest volumes of traffic overall are Ningbo-Zhoushan port with 105.4 million tonnes (up 9.7%), including 48.2 million tonnes of traffic 10.1%), from the port of Tangshan with 62.3 million tonnes (up 16.6%), including 26.2 million tonnes of traffic 10.3%, from the port of Shanghai with 57.8 million tonnes (5.0%), including 34.3 million tonnes of traffic 2.4%), from the port of Guangzhou with 53.7 million tonnes (1.5%), including 12.0 million tonnes of traffic (-4.7%), from the port of Qingdao with 51.8 million tonnes (up 5.1%), including 38.9 million tonnes of traffic 5.5%, from the port of Tianjin with 48.7 million tonnes (up 7.1%), of which 27.2 million tonnes of traffic 6.0%), from the port of Rizhao with 43.5 million tonnes (up 13.7%), including 29.3 million tonnes of traffic 17.6%, and the port of Yantai with 33.4 million tonnes (up 4.7%), including 13.6 million tonnes of traffic international (up 8.9%).

Last month, the only container traffic handled Chinese ports amounted to 24.06 million Teu (up 6.4%), of which 21.37 million teu moved from the ports maritime aircraft (6.6%) and 2.69 million teu from inland ports (up 3.9%). The the most significant volumes of traffic were handled by the Ports of Shanghai with 3.84 million teu (up 2.1%), Ningbo-Zhoushan with 2.67 million teu (up 9.4%), Shenzhen with 2.62 million teu Guangzhou with 2.06 million teu (4.6%), Qingdao with 2.06 million teu Tianjin with 1.72 million teu (10.3%) and Xiamen with 1.00 million teu (up 9.9%).

In the first eight months of 2020, Chinese port ports 9.29 billion tonnes of goods, with a total of 9.29 billion tonnes of goods 2.2% increase over the same period last year, 6.19 billion tonnes of seaports (2.2%) including 2.65 billion tonnes of international goods (3.8%) and 3.10 billion tonnes handled by inland ports (2.1%) including 313.0 million tonnes of international goods 2.2%).

Container traffic alone was equal 168.07 million teu (-2.5%), of which 149.57 million millions of teu moved by seaports (-2.1%) 18.50 million teu of inland ports (-5.6%). The highest volumes containerized trawls have been moved by the ports of Shanghai with 27.80 million teu (-4.6%), Ningbo-Zhoushan with 18.63 million teu (-1.2%), Shenzhen with 16.10 million teu (-5.4%), Guangzhou with 14.93 million teu (0.6%), Qingdao with 14.13 million teu (1.6%) Tianjin with 12.01 million teu (up 4.8%).

Relative to only traffic with the airy foreign Chinese seaports in the first eight months of this year, the largest volumes of goods were Ningbo-Zhoushan airports with 354.90 million tonnes (3.8%), Qingdao with 297.79 million tonnes Shanghai with 251.37 million tonnes (-6.2%), Rizhao 216.05 million tonnes (up 4.9%), Tangshan with 196.66 Tianjin with 191.16 million tonnes tonnes (5.2%) Shenzhen with 117.01 million tonnes (-0,9%).
