The Harbour Committee of Ravenna has approved of a plan of work with infrastructural participations for 154 million euros



Yesterday the Harbour Committee of Ravenna has approved of unanimously the previsional budget 2012 with the relative triennial program of the work of the Harbour Authority for the years 2012-2014 that a series of totally programmed infrastructural participations for 154 million euros previews and with cover financial institution.

The Harbour Authority has specified that the "total pocketbook" of the agency, pairs to beyond 134 million euros, is destined - as well as to works of infrastructural potenziamento of the port of call - to policies of respect of the atmosphere (forms of boosting to the passage on rotabili in the transport of the goods and search of form alternatives of energetic supplying for the ships, in order to cite only some examples), continually increase of the level of safety of the job, of formation of the staff, etc

Regarding the works of infrastructuring - it has explained the authority harbour - in relation to the important project of deepening of the Candiano, waiting for the approval of the Portuale Town development plan for which it presumes that the procedure of VIA can be concluded within the year, the Harbour Authority has inserted to budget 60 million euros, with which it is able to face with resources own, that is without state financings, the completion of the -11,50 meters until Saint Vitale and the follow-up until to a medium depth of -12,50 compatibly with the industrial plans of development of the private ones. Other participations are - besides those of extraordinary maintenance of docks, backdrops and roads - the work of deepening of the channel of access and the basin of evolution in outpost and the definitive project of adaptation of the operating docks.

Emphasizing that the previsional budget and the program of work approved of from the Harbour Committee constitute a real plan, concrete that plans works that can effectively be realized over time covered from the same program, the Harbour Authority has moreover evidenced that in the editing of the previsional budget the 2012 agency "once again has been engaged in the action of control of the running expense, reducing, so as always made during the last few years, the expenses for intermediate consumption and concentrating own resources on infrastructural participations in a position to making". In particular, "the expenses of operation of the agency represent 5.8% of the total resources available, therefore beyond 94% of these last ones it is invested for the development of the institutional tasks of the agency".
