Bahrain has signed an agreement with Rodriquez with the objective to develop own naval industry



Last Tuesday to Milan, during a visit in high Italy of a delegation of representatives of the Reign Bahraini organized from Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) in the picture of a finalized road-show to consolidate the bilateral relationships between the economic and commercial communities of the two Countries and to illustrate the current opportunities of investment in the nation Middle Eastern, the agency for the economic development Bahraini has signed a memorandum of understanding with the shipbuilding society Italian Rodriquez Ship yards controlled from the Immsi group with the objective of the development of a shipbuilding industry of naval in the Reign Bahraini.

In particular the agreement previews the contribution of the experiences that Rodriquez has matured in beyond sixty years of as the protagonist international activity of the naval shipbuilding field. The Italian company is specialized in the construction of innovative fast ships and technologically advances, for commercial, military uses or as pleasure crafts. Today, Rodriquez has constructed beyond 500 ships sold in 24 Countries of the world. The agreement between EDB and Rodriquez aimed to arrange the respective resources and relationships in order to ulteriorly strengthen the position Bahraini as regional leader of the naval industry.
