Agreement Customs - Western From Liguria AdSP and Adriatic Oriental for the digitalisation of the customs procedures in the ports



The Authorities of Harbour System of the Ligurian Sea Western and Mare Adriatico Orientale and the Agency of Customs and the Monopolies have signed today protocol for the digitalisation of the customs procedures in the main ports of call of the administered harbour systems from the two harbour agencies.

For from Liguria AdSP, the participations previewed in the document will regard the ports of call of Genoa, From Liguria Savona-Go (to support of the operating start shortly of the new port of call) and Prà with participations of digitalisation, through interoperability between the customs system and that harbour one, of the procedures of input/output and boarding/disembarkation of the goods to the aim to improve the customs processes, optimizing of the impact on the logistic-harbour processes. To these the development of analyses advanced on the returns deriving from the harbour taxes let alone of optimization of the customs processes in the port of call of Genoa Sampierdarena will come abreast also.

For the AdSP of the Adriatic Oriental, the participations will gravitate on the port of Trieste and the retroporto of Fernetti, for full digital integration between the activities of the port and the system of interposing to you and free points on the regional territory. Objective, among other things, the improvement of the operating procedures and the offshoring of the customs inspections in order to decongest the port and the surrounding practicability.

The protocols sign today are framed in the project introduced last june from the Agency of Customs and the Monopolies for the complete digitalisation of the customs procedures in the ports(on 18 June 2019). Currently they have joined to the program nine AdSP for a total of 12 national ports. Completed in september the inspections for the appraisals of feasibility of the projects in all the ports, they are in realization the participations in the ports of Bari and Ancona with which they have been sign the relative agreements. Moreover the dialogue with the competent Authorities of Harbour System is on on the ports of Venice, Livorno, La Spezia, Catania and Augusta for the subscription of the relative agreements. Of next start, within the 2019 others tre-quattro projects, while an ulterior one with of projects will leave in 2020.
